Paint Your Own Pottery
At Cleveland's Favorite Ceramic Studio

Three Easy Steps to Creation

1. Pick the piece of pottery
you want to paint.

You have over 300 shapes of unfinished pottery to choose from. We carry everything from plates, bowls, mugs, & platters to tissue box covers, toothbrush holders, soap dispensers, light switches, tiles, banks, boxes, figurines, holiday items; the list is too long to mention here. Prices range from $5 to $85.

3. Paint your piece.

Now you’re ready to choose the colors you’d like to use to paint your design. We have 160 paints, pottery glazes, and puffy paints to choose from. They are displayed on a board that will show what the color will look like after your piece is fired. Take the bottles of paint that you have chosen to your table and paint your piece however you’d like. Help yourself to more colors if you desire, there is no limit.

We take it from there. We dip your piece in a clear glaze and fire it in our kilns. Your piece will be ready in four days! Everything you use in our studio is lead-free. When you pick up your piece, it is functional, dinnerware safe, and ready to use.
You can put these items in the dishwasher and microwave although any pottery will last longer if you don’t.

No Hourly Charges
or Studio Fees;
You Pay Only for the Piece;
Not For Your Time.

2. Plan your design using our
extensive design center.

We have ideas books, technique books, stencils, stamps, and a computer with a slideshow of already painted pottery and clipart (images) that can be printed out and traced right onto your piece. Use a pencil to plan your design; it will burn away in the firing! We also have samples all over the store with easy techniques that will help make anyone’s pottery a masterpiece.
